Congrats 🎉 #Repost @massmocaunion with @use.repost ・・・ WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT! 🎉 Today, our members voted to ratify a wage agreement that raises minimums and improves working conditions. We are pleased to end our three-week strike and to return to work tomorrow! Wage reopener agreement includes: 🔹 Increase to $18/hour minimum (effective with ratification) 🔸 3.5% across-the-board increase to our base pay (retroactive to January 1, 2024) 🔹 3.5% across-the-board increase to our base pay (effective January 1, 2025) 🔸 Time and a half overtime rates will apply to all hours worked after 10 hours in a day 🔹 Starting in 2024, straight time holiday pay for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day 🔸 Starting in 2025, time and a half holiday pay for New Year’s Day, July 4th, and Labor Day 🔹 Average pay will increase by 12.1% by the second year of the agreement . . . #massmocaunionstrike #massmoca #northadams #union #artunion #artsunion #2110 #local2110 #uaw #solidarity
